That information needs to be shared with slave camps(like Verizon) which drive consultants to work 60 hr weeks for months.

Yep. Although I have a feeling that in many of those slave camps, the management is not "directly" pushing people to do overtime but instead doing it indirectly through bad planning which eventually leads to the consultants doing anything they can think of to save their own face/job/etc. Thus, it might take a good pounding before the message will sink in if people just think "but I'm explicitly saying they shouldn't do any overtime"...
