You, my beloved reader, are hereby privileged to get a glimpse of what's not going to be in my book:

The book's going forward slow but still. It's surprisingly difficult to move beyond traditional storytelling or descriptive text.

I also recently got feedback from some early reviewers (excellent stuff!) so I'm now looking at how to adapt the first third of the book according to the numerous suggestions. A word of advice: If you're planning on writing a book, make sure you get early feedback -- it's just as vital in writing a book than it is in shipping quality software.

I just waded through the referrals logs of the past couple of days to see if anything interesting would come up. Sure enough, something did.
