[Big Moose Saloon] Discussion on "How do you interview?"

A rancher is thrown into the cold water of having to interview job applicants, and wonders what others have found to be useful techniques. Members chime in with recipes of their secret sauce, experience from the trenches, and opinions on the balance of asking technical vs. personality questions in this thread in the Jobs Discussion forum.
